I'thou new to Star Denizen as well as to Test Squadron. Being the lazy fuck that I am, I would love to have some help regarding the mapping of my joystick.

I am using a Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X. Anyone willing to share his mappings with me? I also need something I can print out and put next to me, because it will accept me ages to remember all those buttons and I only have one screen.

Thank you

Not sure, but I bet someone over at reddit.com/r/hotas posted their primal bindings.

Why would yous demark something which you tin can't think? Why would you map something which you don't use?

  • 1: weapongroup1
  • ii: missiles, lock and burn
  • 3: cycle countermeasures
  • 4: use countermeasures
  • 8WayHat:
    • Frontward: reticle focus
    • Back:
    • Left: cycle all
    • Right: nearest hostile
  • Slide0: strafe left/right
  • 5: strafe upwards
  • half-dozen: strafe downward
  • vii: decoupled fashion
  • eight: Quantum travel
  • nine: Heave / Afterburner
  • x: weapongroup 2
  • 11: flight ready
  • 12: Landing mode

You miss a few buttons for shields, power, targeting. Strafe could use a lefthand four-eight way hat.

I am using a Thrustmaster T-Flying Hotas X.

I also utilize this HOTAS & love it.

Personally, I accept only set up up almost one-half of the buttons. The ones that I utilise the most and can think.
Using other peoples setup makes a skillful instance but we all have our own preferences.
Set it upwards the way it is best for you lot & you will have no trouble remembering the setup.
